Computer lessons

Many members were not present at the Kinara AGM and so may not be aware of the details of the above and the change to the venue and timing. So please find below the relevant details

The sessions will take place:
Every second Thursday of the month, starting 11th May and will be held in Kings Hill School Hall from 7.00 to 8.30pm
The school is off Alexander Grove or you can park in the Community Centre car park and it is a one minute walk away (behind the play park that is opposite the Community Centre). The sessions will be carried out by a computer expert.

The sessions will cover such subjects as understanding the basics of a desktop/laptop PC and what is important when buying, how to effectively communicate (emails, Skype, etc), how to earn and save money on the Internet, use of google and other useful websites, getting the best out of MS Word, MS Excel, etc., the best apps for your tablet or mobile, a chance to speak to an expert about any individual queries or problems with your PC.  All this for £4 a session, pay on the night.

If any members already signed up are unable to make it please let me know.

These sessions are a good opportunity to make more effective use of your PC and also the Internet, learning from someone who really knows his stuff and who would be a very useful contact for any future issues you may have with your PC.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD YOUR NAME TO THE LIST PLEASE EMAIL ME AT

Many thanks.
